There should be a specific MDT flow from diagnosis to management but often in real life this does not happen, and Hannah will go through the real life issues and how these can be managed. She will then cover the current legal situation and regulation with regards to treatment being performed by other professionals.

The importance of communication is spoken about, and how vet, client, and patient relationships should be maintained. Tips from professions are given to help substantiate communication and professionalism.
