The Canine Bowen Technique

£30.00

The Canine Bowen Technique (CBT) is a highly effective but gentle, non-invasive, hands on, holistic therapy that helps promote pain relief, reduces stress and rebalances your dog. It aims to treat the whole dog rather than the condition presented and is not intended as a substitute for veterinary care but as a complementary therapy. Suitable for all dogs irrespective of their breed or age, the treatment involves a series of precise, light, rolling moves, using the thumbs or fingers are made over muscle and soft tissue. Impulses sent to the brain create an immediate response from the Central nervous system encouraging the body to heal itself naturally. A series of short breaks allow the dog time to make the subtle, fine adjustments needed to help rebalance it, helping to relieve tension and reduce pain.
