“Liz is so easy to learn from, so generous with her knowledge and experience.” previous students

I just wanted to say a big thank for today’s course.
It was so lovely to work with a tutor who demonstrates so well and then works with you so you can feel the change when strokes and moves are done properly and effectively.
Poor Teddy ( my dog) is so tired 😄 I think he will sleep for a week but I really hope that as his weight loss journey continues I will now have the additional tools to make sure his body condition improves as well.

These techniques we will be covering will be:-

Mobilization techniques

Myofascial release techniques

All joints need to function correctly, if not it will have an knock on effect to the next joint and muscle mass, function and tone. By apply Mobilization techniques of the spinal vertebrae, and peripheral joints, you will maximize the joint to work to its best ability and help with the muscles function.

Myofascial release is a specialized techniques that releases restrictions within the fascial network(connective tissue), enabling stuck, hardened and dehydrated areas to become pliable, soft mobile and hydrated.
